It is moving clockwise around the other circle gradually getting closer until they are side by side in frame 8.

In the fourth frame another circle with the same size appears in the top left corner. The first frame contains a small circle that gets bigger in the following two frames. In each of the frames a situation is depicted. The circles can be moved around for fun as well. If the user double clicks the circles they change their colors.
